Due to shipping regulations, we can only ship batteries via UPS Ground or UPS Standard.
Our Return Policy: All returned items must be new and unopened to be accepted for a full refund. The cost of shipping will not be refunded. Opened items must be in new condition with all original packing material, and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items that do not meet these requirements or are not returned within 30 days of purchase will not be accepted for refund. Orders paid with American Express (Amex) cards are subject to a 4% fee for returned items. Provisioning is not refunded. All items must be returned to the seller with a trackable shipping service. If the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
